When should a chain be changed?
With the chain rule from RACEFOXX you can easily determine the elongation and therefore the wear of your chain.
Replacing your chain early prevents damage to the chainring and sprocket.
By simply placing the chain test gauge on the mounted chain, you know immediately whether you need a new chain.
You simply attach the smaller extension to a roller on the chain. You guide the chain wear scale over the chain. If the longer extension remains attached, nothing stands in the way of you continuing your journey. If the longer extension falls through, the chain should be replaced.
