A warranty extension can be purchased for the offered product tyre warmer.

Note for consumers

As the guarantor, we would like to point out that in the event of product defects, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights arising from the purchase contract concluded with us. These rights are not restricted by the following warranty conditions and can be claimed by you free of charge. Consequently, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty extension. If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us within the framework of the statutory warranty, irrespective of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is invoked.

Warrantee

The warranty can be claimed by the purchaser after ordering the article incl. warranty extension.

Duration and content of the guarantee

This warranty can be claimed if the warranty extension has been purchased and the device (within the scope of intended use) loses its functionality or its functionality is limited during the warranty period due to material and manufacturing defects.

We grant you a warranty of 3 years on the advertised product Tyre Warmer in addition to the statutory rights in respect of defects.

The warranty period begins as soon as the customer has received the product.

The territorial scope of our guarantee extends to the Federal Republic of Germany.

The guarantee covers the functionality of the product.

Should material defects and/or manufacturing defects occur in the goods you have purchased during this period, we will provide you with the following service(s) under this guarantee:

In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace the defective product free of charge and also bear the costs for this.

If there is a right to choose between repair and replacement, the decision lies with us as the guarantor.

Report the warranty claim immediately in writing with a detailed description of the fault. If possible, send us pictures showing the defect(s).

Warranty exclusion

This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear. The replacement and/or repair of tyre warmers which have burnt out through the user's own fault is excluded.

There is also no guarantee for damage caused to the goods for the following reasons:

Use within the scope of a commercial or self-employed professional activity Improper use/operation or
improper use/operation or care or improper handling
non-observance of any safety precautions external influences of any kind (e.g. damage due to impact or shock)
Repairs or modifications by third parties
Use of parts and accessories from third parties
Use of parts that have not been mounted or installed on or in the product by us.
environmental influences (heat, humidity etc.) and force majeure
Costs

In the event of a warranty claim occurring during the warranty period, the purchaser shall not incur any costs as a result of the provision of the warranty service.

In particular, we shall bear the costs of repair and/or replacement parts for the purpose of restoring the functionality of the product(s).

We shall bear the costs of returning the product(s).

Prerequisites for warranty services

The prerequisite for claiming warranty service is:

You must allow us to inspect the goods by sending them to LTP Litschka GmbH & Co.KG, Blumentalstraße 1b, 42859 Remscheid.

Care must be taken to avoid damage in transit by packing the goods appropriately.

Please send us a copy of the invoice or enclose it with the consignment of goods so that we can check whether the warranty period has been observed. We ask for your understanding that we can refuse the guarantee without a copy of the invoice.

The copy of the invoice must show the date of purchase and purchase price, as well as the purchase of the extended warranty for the product(s). In the case of justified warranty claims, you will not incur any additional shipping costs, i.e. we will bear the costs of shipping the product to you if it was sent to us.

Supplementary provisions

The guarantee period specified under "Duration and content of the guarantee" is not extended by a guarantee service (replacement and/or repair). The warranty period does not start anew when a warranty service is performed. The warranty period for installed spare parts ends with the warranty period for the entire product. Please also refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

Data protection

The personal data provided in connection with the warranty claim will be collected and processed on the basis of statutory regulations and in accordance with our data protection declaration.
